01. Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and CreateGF, the operator of creategf.site. By opening any page on this site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please leave the site.

02. Eligibility

This site is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the age of majority where you live is higher, and you must be legally permitted to view adult-oriented material in your jurisdiction.

Confirming your age on the entry screen is a representation that these statements are true. Misrepresenting your age terminates your permission to use the site immediately.

03. What this site is

CreateGF is an editorial and referral site. We describe AI companion software, explain how character creation works, and link to third-party services that provide it.

We do not host the software, we do not operate any chat, and we are not a party to any relationship between you and a partner service.

04. Third-party services

Everything beyond an outbound link is governed by the destination service's own terms, privacy policy and payment conditions. Read them before you sign up or pay for anything.

We do not control their pricing, availability, moderation decisions, feature set or data practices, and we cannot resolve disputes on your behalf.

05. Fictional characters

Every character shown or described on this site is fictional and generated by software. No image on this site depicts a real, identifiable person, and any resemblance to a real individual is unintended and coincidental.

Characters are depicted as adults. Nothing on this site should be read as describing, promoting or enabling content involving minors.

06. Acceptable use

When using this site you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its host or its files
• Scrape, mirror or republish the content at scale without permission
• Use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the service
• Interfere with security features or attempt to bypass the age gate
• Use the site for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction

The layout, written copy, design system and code of this site belong to the operator. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link, but wholesale reproduction is not permitted.
