01. Who we are

CreateGF operates creategf.site, an independently managed information and referral site about AI companion software for adults. We are not the operator of the third-party services described on this site, and this policy covers only what happens on our own pages.

When you follow an outbound link from here to a partner service, that service's own privacy policy governs everything that happens afterwards, including any account you create there.

02. The short version

We collect as little as possible. We do not ask you to register, we do not run a login system, and we do not want your name, address or payment details. The data that does reach us is aggregate traffic information used to understand which pages are useful.

03. Information you give us directly

The only way to send us information deliberately is by writing to our contact address. If you do, we receive whatever you put in that message and we keep it for as long as it takes to resolve your request.

Please do not send sensitive personal information, identity documents, financial details or intimate material through that channel. If you send something we do not need, we will delete it.

04. Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting and analytics layers record technical information when a page loads.

• Approximate location derived from IP address, at country or region level
• Browser type, operating system and screen size
• The page you requested and the page that referred you
• Timestamps, response codes and error information
• Anonymous interaction signals such as scroll depth and which buttons were used

05. Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of first-party storage entries for functional purposes: remembering that you have confirmed your age, remembering that you dismissed the bottom banner for the current session, and preserving campaign parameters so partner attribution works correctly.

You can clear these at any time from your browser settings. Doing so will simply mean the age confirmation appears again on your next visit.

06. Analytics

Aggregate analytics tell us which pages people read, where they stop reading and which links they use. We look at that data in aggregate to improve the pages, not to build a profile of any individual visitor.

We do not attempt to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine analytics data with any other source to do so.

07. Affiliate links and attribution

Outbound links on this site are affiliate links. When you use one, a referral parameter is passed to the destination so that the partner can attribute the visit to us. That parameter identifies this website, not you.

We receive reports showing totals — clicks and conversions — and never the identity, contact details or conversation content of any person who signed up.

08. What we never do

To be explicit about the boundaries of this site:

• We do not sell personal data to anyone, under any circumstances
• We do not host, store or read conversations with any AI companion
• We do not operate accounts, profiles or messaging on this domain
• We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18

09. Legal bases for processing

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, our legal basis for functional storage is legitimate interest in operating a working website, and our basis for aggregate analytics and affiliate attribution is legitimate interest in understanding and sustaining the service.

Where consent is required in your jurisdiction, it is requested before the relevant technology is used.

10. Data retention

Server logs are retained for a short operational window and then rotated out. Aggregate analytics are retained in summary form. Correspondence sent to our contact address is deleted once the matter it concerns is closed.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, or to receive it in a portable format.

Because we hold so little, most requests are resolved quickly. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period, and in any case within the time limit your local law sets.

12. International transfers

Our hosting and analytics providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

13. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised version.
