CreateGF respects copyright. If material on creategf.site infringes a right you own or represent, tell us and we will act promptly.

02. What is published here

This site publishes original written copy and synthetic imagery generated by software. It does not host user uploads, and there is no facility for third parties to publish content on this domain.

Because the imagery is generated, it does not depict real, identifiable people. If you nonetheless believe an image reproduces protected work, the process below applies.

03. Sending a notice

A valid notice should be sent to our contact address and should include all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The exact URL or URLs on this site where the material appears
• Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf

04. What happens next

We review every complete notice on receipt. Where a claim is well-founded, the material is removed or disabled, typically within a few business days of verification.

We may notify the original source of the material where one exists, and we keep a record of notices received.

05. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court.

06. Incomplete notices

Notices missing required elements may be delayed while we ask for the missing information. Sending a complete notice the first time is the fastest route to resolution.

07. Repeat infringers

We terminate access for repeat infringers where applicable, and we decline to work with partners who ignore valid complaints.

08. Misrepresentation

Knowingly sending a false notice can expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please be certain before filing.

09. Content on partner services

If the material you are concerned about sits on a third-party service reached through a link here, that service handles its own notices. We can point you to the right contact if you are unsure, but we cannot remove content we do not host.

10. Non-copyright complaints

Concerns about privacy, likeness, defamation or the depiction of a real person should also be sent to our contact address. We treat those with the same urgency as copyright notices even where a different legal framework applies.
