01. Email is the only channel

Everything reaches us at support@creategf.site. There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting data we have no reason to hold.

Putting a clear subject line on your message is the fastest way to get it to the right place.

02. Response times

Most messages are answered within two to three business days. Legal and copyright matters are prioritised and usually acknowledged sooner.

03. Subject lines we route

Use one of these prefixes and your message skips the queue:

• DMCA — copyright notices and counter-notices
• PRIVACY — access, correction or deletion requests
• CORRECTION — factual errors in the copy on any page
• PARTNER — partnership and advertising enquiries
• PRESS — media questions and interview requests

04. What we can help with

We can correct anything inaccurate on these pages, explain how the site works and how it earns money, handle copyright and privacy requests, and point you at the right contact on a partner service.

05. What we cannot help with

We cannot access, change, refund or cancel an account on a third-party service, because we do not operate one. We also cannot retrieve conversations or characters — none of that exists on this domain.

For anything to do with an account you created after following a link, contact that service's support directly. Their address is on their own site.

06. Billing and subscriptions

All payments happen on the partner's side. We never see card details, we cannot issue refunds, and we have no ability to see or alter a subscription.

07. Corrections

If something on this site is wrong, tell us which page and what is wrong with it. Substantive corrections are made quickly and we do not quietly delete pages instead of fixing them.

08. Safety reports

Reports about content that appears to involve minors, non-consensual scenarios or the likeness of a real person are treated as urgent. Include the URL and a short description, and do not attach any material.

09. What not to send

Please do not send identity documents, financial information, passwords or intimate material. We do not need any of it and anything unnecessary is deleted on sight.
